He is definitely toddling! I appreciate the "rest stops" at various places between the living room and back door--it is quite a distance when you're under 3 feet tall.
I've watched this about 20 times since you posted it, when he gets to the trashcan, and even though I know it's coming, I laugh out loud every time. :)
